Cross Works Founder & Managing Director and the lead designer of the city of New Tashkent - Hakan Agca - is presenting on stage at the Tashkent International Investment Forum in the Tashkent City Congress Hall on Wednesday 2nd May, alongside senior government officials, esteemed stakeholders, partners and investors from around the world.

Cross Works was commissioned to design a masterplan for a 50 hectare brownfield site in central Almaty (the largest city in Kazakhstan) that was to seamlessly knit in with the existing city and align with the stringent policies and regulations of the local authority. whilst satisfying the ambitious requirements of a brief that asked for 2,000,000 sq/m of mixed-use floor space.

The Baobab Complex, Kinshasa, DRC (Democratic Republic of Congo). Cross Works was commissioned to design this mixed-use complex from Pre-Concept through to Schematic Design; all delivered in BIM, and detailed alongside an on-site executive architect with local knowledge and experience, to ensure constructability and viability within the relatively limited supply chain of the DRC.
