CROSS WORKS proposal for Rue Limete Residences

Cross Works is pleased to share our proposal for Rue Limete Residences in Kinshasa, DRC (Congo).

The 20,000 sqm (215,000 sq/ft) development features 135 residential units across three connected stacks; with a private health club and pool at roof level overlooking the Congolese capital; all raised above 145 parking spaces at ground level.

The development aims to bring a higher quality of residential stock to Kinshasa, whilst being conscious of affordability and the local supply chain. The material selection and vegetation aims to integrate the building with its natural surroundings.
